Access Issues & 100% Working File Guarantee

If you cannot access a purchase, lose your download link, or receive an incomplete or defective digital file, contact us at s15@hotmail.it (or call +39 349 507 6836) with your order number. Our support team responds within 24 hours to restore your access, provide a working replacement file, or issue a refund in full accordance with applicable consumer law.

Withdrawal Rights & Refunds

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU and Italian law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Consumer Code D.Lgs. 206/2005). For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only where permitted by law once digital download or supply has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
