All digital products (web apps and their PDF guides) sold by BJ Beyond Studio on bjbeyond.studio are 100% digital and delivered electronically. No physical items are sold or shipped.

Digital products (Quiete (breathing and emotional-support web app, delivered as a PDF guide with activation code) and Twin (private encrypted diary web app with on-device AI, delivered as a PDF guide plus a TXT file with activation code and app link)) are made available immediately after checkout through the direct download link on the order confirmation page and via automatic confirmation email.

Access Issues & 100% Working File Guarantee

If you cannot access a purchase, lose your download link, or receive an incomplete or defective digital file, contact us at s15@hotmail.it (or call +39 349 507 6836) and include your order number. Our support team responds within one working day to investigate, restore your access, provide a working replacement file, or resolve the issue in full accordance with applicable consumer law.

Withdrawal Rights & Refunds

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU and Italian law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Consumer Code D.Lgs. 206/2005). Any right to withdraw, cancel, or receive a refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only where permitted by law once digital download or supply has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Where a refund is due under law or otherwise agreed, it is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (processing time depends on your payment provider).
